<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por un lado el <strong>desarrollo de dietas sostenibles<\/strong>, utilizando prote\u00ednas vegetales procesadas previamente mediante un tratamiento enzim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro la <strong>b\u00fasqueda de las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de cultivo<\/strong>, estudiando el impacto de diferentes temperaturas
